Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, where one is offered. That warranty is between you and the manufacturer, and its terms, duration and claim process are set by them. Reliable Dental Supply & Service Company offers no warranty of its own, express or implied, beyond the manufacturer’s. We will help you make a warranty claim and tell you who to contact, but we do not extend, replace or guarantee the manufacturer’s cover. Equipment we install or service carries any separate written warranty we give you for that work. This does not affect your rights on goods that arrive damaged or defective — see our Returns Policy below.

We will ship your order free of charge, without handling fees, within the Contiguous United States. By default, your order(s) will be shipped via the most cost-effective ground service. The transit time is 1-5 business days to most parts of the country, depending on your location.
Most items will be shipped from our Fort Worth, Texas, warehouse 24 to 48 hours after your order is placed, depending on availability. Depending on manufacturer availability, backordered and high-demand items may take longer to ship. Certain products will be shipped directly to our customers from the manufacturer's warehouse.

Reliable Dental Supply does not match prices on items purchased from www.reliabledental.com that later decrease in price (including price reductions and sale prices).
You may return within 30 days of delivery. We'll refund the full amount and cover the return shipping costs for any defective or damaged goods resulting from our error. Items returned for reasons other than damage or defect will be returned at the customer's expense and incur a 25% restocking fee. To process a return claim, please email us at RDS@reliabledental.com with your order number or invoice number, along with the item you wish to return. Pictures are required for damage claims. Once we receive your return, we will notify you via email to initiate the return process.
You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your package to the shipper; however, refunds are typically processed more quickly in most cases. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
